About Rule Promulgation
LED rules are promulgated pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act (La. R.S. 49:950 et seq.) Notices of Intent to adopt rules and final rules are codified in the Louisiana Administrative Code, which are available through the Office of State Register.
Petitions to LED
Petitions to LED requesting the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule shall be made pursuant to La. R.S. 49:953 C. The form for petitioning LED may be accessed HERE.
